ABOUT US

F.L.O is a boutique law firm providing legal services, with an experience over 20 years, for clients. We represent and provide legal services to foreign, Turkish and multinational companies and financial institutions. All members of the firm are fluent in English. Some of our members also speak French and German. Principal, Dr. Ozgur FALCIOGLU, following his Masters of Law (LL.M) degree worked as a lecturer and completed his Ph.D in 2004. Dr. Av. Egemen FALCIOGLU has an LL.M degree from Temple University, Pennsylvania. Following his LL.M studies he obtained his Ph.D degree at İstanbul University. Our advisor Dr. Nilüfer ORAL is a lecturer. She was honored to Distinguished Visiting Scholar from Berkeley Law Faculty, Law of the Sea Institute. She has extensively published internationally and spoken at numerous international conferences.
